Animal Patrons Australia support a variety of rescue and rehabilitation efforts for animals affected by disaster. We're currently working with sanctuaries and carers to determine how we can offer the most help. Below are some of the ways we need help with these initiatives.

Sanctuary Supplies

Each week our Sanctuary Co-ordinator liaises with communities to determine what they most need. Requirements vary from medical and general supplies, food, water and sometimes simply knowing we can help.

Regional requirements are updated weekly on the blog, based on items requested from the sanctuaries and carers. If you are able to make a once-off or recurring financial donation to immediately extend our impact, you can donate here.

Fridge and Freezer

We need a minimum of one 240v fridge and one freezer to store produce items such as carrots and sweet potatoes, which are used as food for animals at sanctuaries.

As we are in donated premises, we’ll need new items to ensure there is no risk for electrical fault. If you can assist us with these items, you know we’d LOVE to hear from you!

Delivery Vehicle

We currently rely on a network of private vehicles to arrange deliveries from our Distribution Centre. A small delivery van would enable us to increase our efforts and have wider, more impactful reach in getting supplies into disaster zones.

Could you be the generous Patron who can donate a vehicle we can pack full of love, goodness and kindness for animals in desperate need? Please let us know if you can assist, we’d be delighted (over the moon, actually), to hear from you.

Distribution Centre

A generous benefactor has provided us with temporary office and warehouse facilities until the end of the financial year. If you are able to assist in providing us a permanent location at (very, very) affordable rates within close proximity to Melbourne CBD, please get in touch. We’d appreciate hearing from you.
